Mobildeich is a water-filled tube dyke that has a unique 3-Component-Safety System.

3.1Modules

Modulaufbau eines Mobildeichs

It consists of individual dyke elements that are available in different sizes and lengths. You can use the modules in any combination with each other and connect them to a stable chain of dykes.

The table shows which standard sizes you can use to create your own individual protection strategy with Mobildeich:

All Mobildeich modules are available in standard lengths of 10 m to 50 m. We manufacture special sizes upon request.

Our product designation is derived from the diameter of the individual tubes (e.g. MD45-2 = MOBILDEICH dual-chamber hose with a nominal diameter of 45 cm)

3.2 Mobildeich scope of delivery

			Mobildeich modules: Every module is provided ready for use and woven in a net casing, so that you can unroll it directly as a hose package. The hoses are available either on a supporting frame or an axle. For large diameter hoses, we recommend delivery on axles: These are compatible with Mobildeich winch wheels (see below). Sealing membrane and drainage layer: The ideal supplement for the MOBILDEICH system. They are supplied in lengths suitable to the modules.

3.3Optional Accessories for Mobildeich

	Winch wheels: – to transport and unroll the MOBILDEICH – e.g. over rough terrain – along building contours or into flowing water. Water pump: Gasoline, diesel or electrically powered – we supply various types of pumps adapted to your needs. Alternatively, suitable standard pumps (e.g. submersible pumps) can be used with Storz couplings to fill the Mobildeich. We will be happy to advise you in choosing the pump. MD Startbox: Everything in reach! The Startbox is the perfect storage location for all important MOBILDEICH accessories (e.g. Storz wrench, the practical multiple-connection distributor for connecting multiple dike hoses, accessories for the water pump, etc.). It is robust and durable. Stacking pallets: Suitable for compact storage of up to three modules on top of each other (two for truck transport). They provide space for one tube module each, with a sealing membrane and drainage layer.. MD-Fix seal profiles: We have developed special MD-Fix seal profiles so that you can fasten sealing covers onto hard flooring and vertical walls particularly rapidly. Storage and transport containers: Suitable for outdoor storage and transport of several hundred meters of MOBILDEICH. We supply containers with all popular connection systems according to customer requirements (e.g. WELAB containers, with which entire mobile dyke systems can be deposited as a stand-alone unit at any location.) 3.4Safety

		If a mobile flood protection system is intended to protect not only property, but also human lives, it must offer one thing above everything else: safety. We use all of our know-how to provide the safest fully mobile flood protection system in the world. What you will not notice when you first take a look at the MOBILDEICH: It is significantly more effective than similar brands that have, at first glance, the same dyke height. This is shown by a proven example: Simple tube dykes that do not have the 3-Component-Safety System start to float when the water height is about 70% of the dyke height.
